Diava translates official documents for visa and immigration applications, in the same layout as the original. It is run by a company registered in England and Wales.
What we do
People applying for a visa often need birth certificates, marriage certificates, bank statements and other papers in another language. Diava turns them into translations that look like the original, in minutes, for one fixed price.
You check names and details before your PDF is made, and every translation comes with a note showing the date, a reference number and who to contact with questions.

How we look after your documents
- Names, identity numbers, addresses and contact details are removed before any text is translated.
- Files are encrypted while they travel to us and while they are stored.
- Documents are deleted automatically 7 days after delivery, or straight away if you choose.
- We follow UK data protection law (UK GDPR), and you can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it at any time.
